Retail

• Kitchen - In the kitchen you have an opportunity to clean, organize, and maintain our state of the art commercial kitchen and equipment. If you are a hands-on person who loves to work in the back of the house, then roll up your sleeves and come join our team!
• Barista - At our newly remodeled coffee bar, you will have a chance to train as a barista. You will learn how to use commercial equipment to make specialty coffee and tea beverages. You will also learn how to fulfill a variety of food orders by heating and packaging various items.
• Cashier - As a cashier, you have an opportunity to love on people with your smiles and kindness. Whether it’s our retail pop-up shop, or our coffee bar you will be trained on our Square point of sale system and take payment from our customers. You will be the thermostats setting the temperature for all those that you encounter.
• Weekday Support - This team will have the opportunity to receive and distribute food and beverage orders, fulfill online orders for our CF store, and prep for the weekend activities.
• Administrative Support - As a retail admin you will have the opportunity to train on our in house systems in order to help grow and organize our team. This is a wonderful role for those who love to lead. This person will have the chance to participate in the Journey and get others signed up to serve on our team.
