Alpha Role Descriptions

Table Leader - facilitate conversations with a small group of people.
(Anyone interested in being a Alpha Table Leader is committing to serving weekly for a minimum of 8- 12 weeks(depending on class) and will need to plan for 2-3 hours each week; days and times will vary by class.)
Greeter - responsible for hosting the room; greeting and de-greeting participants.
Hospitality - prepares the environment (décor, room set-up/tear down, and food/drinks).
Room Host - Provide a fun filled atmosphere for people who attend onsite studies, group connect events or group trainings. Help support our facilitators.
(Anyone interested in being a Greeter, Room Host or help with our Hospitality Team is committing to serving 2-3 hours each week; days and time will vary by class.)

Experience
•    Must have completed The Journey.
•    Enjoy interacting with people.
•    Be in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and committed to personal spiritual growth.
•    Enthusiastic about helping others.
•    Table Leaders need to complete Christ Fellowship’s Group Leader Orientation.
•    Embrace the mission, values and discipleship strategy of Christ Fellowship.
