This Self Leadership semester will equip you to understand yourself better, manage priorities effectively, and build strong team relationships.

The Biblical Discipleship track of Leadership College is designed to allow each student to grow and mature in their Christian faith. This course will achieve this by laying a crucial foundation upon which the student can build through studying key concepts from the Old Testament, the life of Jesus, discovering and implementing hermeneutical principles, a brief overview of foundational doctrines in Systematic Theology, and concluding by examining major events in Church history.

This course is an introduction to the foundations of organizational leadership. We will discuss the importance of mission, vision, values, organization structure, strategic planning and measuring key objectives. Each cadre will develop a strategic plan for a case study based on the concepts covered in the teaching and reading.
