The Rock Room and Resource Reservations learning program provides the essential tools to manage reservations of campus spaces and resources. Through these courses, you will learn to reserve rooms and vehicles while documenting the setup details required for our campus, facilities, and production teams to help execute your events and meetings successfully.

This course is designed specifically for the select group of leaders designated as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Room and Resource Approvers. Moving beyond the request phase, this training shifts the focus to the stewardship of our campus resources.
